Current offerings from seven growing areas. Cup notes, processing and washing stations for every lot we carry.
The Ethiopian green coffee beans below represent the origins we work with through the season. Availability rotates as harvests arrive, so the live lot list is always the source of truth.
Ethiopia is the only origin we buy. That focus lets us hold profiles steady and know each washing station by name.
Every lot carries a defined profile, measured specifications and full documentation. Ask for samples on anything that fits your roast plan.

Region sets the frame. Processing decides how the cup reads on your roast profile.
• Washed. Floral, citrus-forward and clean, with tea-like structure. The safest route for a bright filter offering.
• Natural. Ripe fruit and structured sweetness, with fermentation kept in balance so the cup stays clean.
• Espresso components. Balanced lots with chocolate and citrus notes that repeat reliably from roast to roast.
• Seasonal microlots. Limited releases scoring 88 to 90+, each with a documented profile.

Each lot is traced from the washing station through export and U.S. warehousing. Specifications are agreed before purchase, not described after arrival.
Every order includes:
• Certificate of Analysis
• Arrival cupping notes
• Processing records
• Organic and NOP documentation, when applicable
• Traceability summary
Quality is checked at processing and drying, milling and export preparation, pre-shipment sampling, arrival in the U.S. and warehouse storage.
